Guarantee & Return Policy

 

When purchasing goods on K.O.I Kanpai, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which is valid from the date you have ordered. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your place to K.O.I Kanpai are under your own account.

You should return the products to us immediately once you have notified us.
You are responsible for return shipping, return packaging, and that the products arrive in good condition upon return. The product(s) must be in its original packaging, unused and in new condition.
We will only provide return shipping or cover a product exchange if there has been an order error on our part.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to

- Products where the seals or sealings have been broken or removed due to health and hygiene reasons.
- Products that have the character of sealed audio or video capture and where the seal has been broken by you.
- Custom made products that has been tailored specifically for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes.
- Services that have been completed where you have explicitly given consent to the service commencing without a right of     withdrawal.
- Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
- Loose numbers of newspapers or magazines.

I do not have a fixed warranty period as all products on the website are directly imported from Japan. Please contact us at info@koikanpai.com if a product shows defects, we will provide an alternative solution for any justifiable complaints.
