Delivery Time

After we have received your payment we will do our best to send your order as fast as possible. Within 1~2 working days you will receive an e-mail with tracking code and estimate delivery date & time.

In case you have not received your order after the delivery time, please contact us info@koikanpai.com

After the shipping is arranged and the package is handed to the shipping company, we are not able to stop or change the delivery.

Free shipping on orders above € 80.00

Germany & Belgium

€ 10.00 (excluding tax) per order

Free shipping on orders above €100.00
